Also enjoy the park, our large swimming pool, heated in summer, ideal setting to relax, (to share +2 Lodges). In winter, enjoy the fireplace: 1st fire offered. The gîte is ideally located, close to the Atlantic coast, vineyards, and many activities: Château des Enigmes, Aqua Park, Palmyra Zoo. The space The cottage is a 90 m stone house, with its private garden and closed thanks to a wooden barrier, you have a garden. Cozy and well-equipped accommodation. A fireplace for winter evenings or ambiance. An ideal location for a successful vacation in all seasons. In Petite Champagne: many local Cognac and Pineau producers On the property... A beautiful wooded and shaded park, space to relax. A large swimming pool in a very relaxing setting away from prying eyes. (To be shared) Heated pool from June to mid-September. Outside of this period, it may be possible to heat the pool at your request and at an additional cost. (Mid-season, depending on outdoor temperatures). Guest access Shared pool, Park Access to the surrounding vineyards and white path for walking or cycling. Other things to note There is no carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas installation in the property.
