Condo in Oceanside

This beautiful 2 level penthouse vacation rental condo is located in gorgeous Oceanside, CA near San Diego/Orange County and Los Angeles. East mountain views from the first level and sunset views from the top (rooftop) level. We were the only complex allowed to be built "on the sand", which makes us very unique! It is so wonderful to be able to walk through the complex and right to the beach. We're also in the middle of countless Oceanside activities! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6. The space **PLEASE NOTE** In compliance with current health and safety regulations, the condo will be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected between each guest visit. Also, a variety of items will be left for each guest to assist with health and safety measures. Since this will all take additional time and resources, we will be unable to accommodate any late check-outs or early check-ins...no exceptions. We will also share the restrictions on the complex's amenities when your reservation is final. Located in North Coast Village's highly desirable "G" building, we have everything available to help make your stay in Oceanside feel like your "home away from home." The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, and minor appliances (toaster, coffee machine, and a blender) and we have fresh linens and towels available in each bedroom and bathroom. Take your morning coffee on the first-floor balcony or on the top floor to watch the surfers ride the waves. Whether you want to spend your vacation relaxing and unwinding or fill it with excursions and outings, we have you covered! We have included suggestions for making your stay with us a memorable one! Cable TV is available as well as wireless internet...but we hope you enjoy most of your days outside in the gorgeous California sun! Guest access There are 2 community heated pools available (open year round) within the complex as well as grills, a fitness center, and a game room. Other things to note ***Please note that you must be 25 years or older to rent this unit per HOA regulations and as stated on our rental agreement. No exceptions.*** * This is a NO PETS ALLOWED complex Taxes are required at 11.5% of the rental cost. Airbnb will automatically collect this when your reservation is final. Checkin: 3pm Checkout: 10am **Due to current health & safety issues, extra sanitation and disinfection will take place between each guest visit. As this will take additional time and resources, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs....no exceptions. June 15-August 30: 1-week minimum stay from Saturday - Saturday All other times: 3-night minimum There is a flat $100 fee for staying over a holiday (already noted on the calendar)
