** NO CLEANING FEE Our one bedroom suites (casitas) are perfect for a couple. Included is one King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchenette (NO stove/oven) and flat-screen TV with cable in the living area are included in this room. Please note that there are 4 rooms of this type, and while the décor may vary slightly from what is shown in the photos, each offers the same comfortable features and amenities. Pets and cooking devices are NOT permitted in this suite. TOT: (tax I.D. 5097) The space Each reservation is allocated One parking space in our outdoor uncovered parking area. Parking is for registered guests only (reservation is not needed). Vehicles must be parked withing the yellow parking lines. During snow days guests may have to move their vehicle for the plow service. We do not have EV charging on property. Please carry a shovel if you are travelling in the winter season. * Holiday Haus is a 100% smoke-free property. We do not allow pets, and portable cooking devices of any kind are strictly prohibited (no stove/oven on-site). Each reservation includes one parking space. Guest access Access your room with key after check-in. Check-In Starts at 2PM If the front office is closed when you arrive, we will leave a check-in packet for you on the bulletin board at the entrance of the lobby. Everything you need to locate and access your room will be in the envelope with your first initial / last name on it. We offer 24-hour check-in access, so you're welcome to arrive anytime after 2PM.
