Bright spacious accommodation with level wheelchair access in a quiet rural location. The suite consists of a large bedroom with king size bed (or 2 x2’6” wide profiling beds by prior request) and en suite wet room. A private sitting room and dining area with provisions for a continental breakfast. There is a fridge and a microwave. Please note there is no cooking hob. An adjoining bedroom has two single beds and is accessed by a 12cm step, this room has a high toilet and a wash hand basin. Bedroom No 1 Level Access with king size bed and large en suite wet room with non slip floor & grab rails in the shower area, high toilet, shower chair with back & arms. A free standing toilet frame is available on request. French doors lead directly onto private patio. Bedroom No 2 has a 12 cm high step. Two single beds, wardrobe, high toilet & wash hand basin. The toilet and whb are in the bedroom, a wicker dressing screen gives a degree of privacy to this area. Towels & complimentary hand wash . Private sItting room with TV, DVD player, rise & recline chair & sofas. Low level sink suitable for wheelchair use, fridge, kettle, sandwich toaster, bread toaster, electric omelette maker and microwave. Dining table & chairs. Please note there is no hob or oven in the accommodation. The fridge will be stocked with orange juice, milk, bread, butter, cheese, free range eggs, pre packed sliced ham, yogurt and fruit. A selection of cereals also provided. Please let us know if any of the mentioned food is not to your liking. French doors lead directly onto a private patio. Wifi, ample parking. Other things to note This is a private detached property in a rural area. As noted in the summary the king size bed can be replaced with 2 x 2’ 6” profiling beds only by prior request and at an additional cost of £100 for the stay. This needs to be paid prior to arrival. One well behaved dog is allowed at an additional cost as noted in Pet Fees. The property is approximately 300 meters from the public highway but there is no secure boundary around the property to prevent your dog from wandering off.
