The Cozy Guesthouse, is perfect for the traveling couple. It is a brand new building with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Christchurch. Sky-TV free unlimited fibre Internet The space The Guesthouse is a small but comfortable room, with full ensuite bathroom. It has Cable TV including the sports Channel. There is no separate kitchen, but there is a dry kitchenette unit with fridge/freezer, microwave, jug, Nespresso coffee machine with separate milk warmer, free coffee, tea and creamer. You are welcome to heat anything in the microwave, or I have a small electric BBQ available on request. Heating and airconditioning provided, plus a heater in the bathroom. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the Guesthouse and private courtyard. There will most likely be other guests in the main house, you may wish to say hello to your fellow travellers if you see them in the driveway, but you do not share any common space. Other things to note You will have to share the parking and driveway with the other guests, please park either to the right, or the left to leave room for another car.
