French Provincial style garden cottage

Charming cottage with French doors in every room, opening to gardens. Bull nose verandahs at bedrooms and front. Rear outdoor deck covered in grapevine and pond area by fireplace sitting room. Guests have private access to verandahs and side courtyard. The two separate yards are shared when the studio is occupied, or otherwise unfettered access. The space A genuine country stay in beautiful Binalong, walking distance to the local swimming pool and pub. Guest access Guests can occupy the whole cottage, yard, courtyard and verandahs. If visiting I let you know in advance to make room in the driveway. Instructions for access are sent prior to arrival. Other things to note I keep a caretakers cottage in the adjacent studio that either I use, or is occasionally also rented out at the same time. When there I usually have the dogs with me, and available to interact or provide support where requested. Guests are informed of this ahead of time, and requested in these instances to park to a side of the driveway to allow shared access to the driveway. Registration Details PID-STRA-1383
