The accommodation is part of a villa consisting of 3 apartments located near the historic village of Malgrate in the heart of medieval Lunigiana. The house is in a beautiful position surrounded by garden and olive grove, among which there is a swimming pool with fantastic views of the village of Malgrate with nearby a 6-seater hot tub with terrace overlooking the castle. Medieval villages, parishes, and castles are minutes away by car. The space The accommodation, on one level, consists of a double bedroom with TV, an open space with kitchenette, (fridge, freezer, oven and hob), living room with double sofa bed and television, closet with washing machine, anti-bathroom and bathroom with shower. Outside private garden with possibility to eat outdoors. Through a staircase you go down to the pool (shared possibly with the guests of two other apartments) where you can also enjoy the barbecue. The pool that is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas is salt water (no chlorine).
