Spacious and cozy 3-bedroom townhouse located in Clube Golfemar. The property features a large living and dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning and double glazed windows that open onto the south-facing balcony with fantastic sea and coastline views. The first floor also has a bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and a garden. The space The house has Wi-Fi internet throughout and air-conditioning. Guest access The village has several parking spaces common to all guests. Other things to note The swimming pool located in the Village is managed by the local Restaurant, so the rules of use and any fees applied are not the responsibility of the owner of the house. For reasons of force majeure, we will not be able to accept reservations from guests participating in festivals. For winter bookings, November to March, electricity consumption is charged separately.
