Kitchenette, café table, Bathroom+WC in the house. Studio room with bathroom+WC. Big Veranda for Dinning out, with One Bathroom+WC+ One Indian WC. The space Group of 4-8 people, are booked in the bungalow, with 2 common washrooms. Extra single cots are provided. Group of 2 to 3 adults are booked in the Studio room with attached washroom. Extra cot is provided. Group of 9 to 14 people would be given the Bungalow and the studio room. Exclusive stay! THERE ARE NO AIR CONDITIONER! Our building is energy efficient, thus the temperature inside is always 8-10 degrees lesser than outside. Fans and cooler is sufficient in the summer and quilts in the winter. The entire property is an ecological site (0 Carbon Footprint), therefore healthier for the tourists as well as for the environment. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and two common washrooms. One with bathtub, shower, basin, and WC. Another with shower, basin, WC. Living room is large with a big day-bed, where 3 to 4 people can sleep. We put extra single beds if required, in the living room. There is a large studio room with double bed. Attached washroom with shower, basin and WC. We add single cots if needed. Service quarter houses our staffs who reside permanently and the kitchen is adjacent to it, where the staff cooks the meals ONLY ON ADVANCE NOTICE. The workers have a separate Indian style toilet. A big veranda adjecent to service area, amidst the garden. It is equipped with rustic log furniture for dinning, sitting, or working. There is a washroom, basin, and WC. For the night stay guests- Tea/cafe and Breakfast. for the day tour guests- Tea/cafe and light Snacks. Lunch and Dinner can be provided on demand after the booking is confirmed, at extra cost. Maximum 14 people can be accommodated for night stay. if the guests are ready to accommodate, their group of 16 people can be adjusted. Up to 50 people for the day tour, can be accommodated. 2-3 people studio room allotted. More than 6 people, the entire bungalow. More than 8 people, entire property exclusive. Guest access There is a Tennis court in the property. Guests can go around the property anywhere they want. In the farm, garden, and house. Only Kitchen access is prohibited for the hygiene purpose. Our property is between two big cities Mumbai and Pune and has many tourist spots close by such as: The ancient Buddhist caves. Adventure sport clubs, hot-air balloon, children park. Paragliding, trekking etc. Taxis can be arranged on prior demand subject to availability. Other things to note The site is in the interior and the vegetation is thick, so venturing out at night is risky. There is an open water body, not for swimming therefore children should be watched by their parents. There are wild animals in the property and they are harmless if not disturb. The property is situated in the wilderness, hence insects, reptiles, rodents are common feature. The electricity cuts are rampant. The inverters are used for lights and fans only. If the batteries exhaust, we provide emergency lights too. The solar powered hot water is combined with electric geyser. Indian conditions are to be taken in account especially in the rural areas.
