It is a non-smoking and pet free 4 person apartment in a lively, cozy city setting. HaagsHuisje has its own ground floor entrance, two bedrooms, very spacious living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower and very good Wi-Fi. It is opposite a large playground and 50 meters from Laan van NOI Station. Highways are also right around the corner. In front of the door can be parked with 1 car by means of a parking permit. HaagsHuisje is a ground floor apartment from 1929. It was completely renovated and completely isolated from April to September 2020. The windows have been replaced by double glazing and the bathroom is equipped with a lovely rain shower. The living room is spacious. There is a desk to work and the dining table is large with its 95x200. This is a great place to play! In the master bedroom there is a double box spring with each a 9-zone pocket spring mattress, which can be joined to 1 large bed or to two single beds of 90x200. In the small bedroom, there are two separate 80x200 Au Ping box springs with also lovely Swiss sense mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, regular coffee maker and washing machine. The beds are made on arrival and also 1 set of towels, shampoo and kitchen towels can be found in the house. The apartment is located in Voorburg, 1 minute walk from Laan van NOI station. Through this station, you can be in Leiden, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and of course The Hague in no time. The neighborhood where the house is located is characterized as very cozy, with a nice large playground in front of the door, a small supermarket four houses away and a bike rental at the end of the street. Guest access You rent our entire, ground floor, corner apartment. We do not use it ourselves, and the apartment is fully furnished for a very comfortable stay. There is a lockbox at the door, so you can access the house yourself. At the door is a ring bell with camera, which monitors for other uninvited guests.
