November the home is decorated with fall and Thanks Giving theme. Kitchen is well equip for cooking fantastic large family meals. December Halls Woods is all decked out with Christmas tree, lights and is perfect for celebrating work parties or large family gatherings to celebrate the holidays in one convenient location. Conveniently located 5 minutes to quaint downtown Hastings, 10 minutes to gun lake rec area, 10 minutes to Yankee Springs rec area. 15 minutes to Gun Lake Casino. 30 minute to Grand Rapids. Home has 3 stories, main floor has multiple levels with 2 sunk living room areas. Home is not handicap friendly due to steps and multiple levels. Guest access Large deck and multiple patio areas with Weber grill and large fire pit. Basketball, volley ball, badminton, 2 sets of corn hole, bocce ball, horse shoes, all in huge open yard. Inside pool table, Ping pong table and darts. Other things to note This is not our primary residence but some personal items are stored here, locked doors and garage are restricted areas. Pool and grounds maintenance may be required during guests stay. Guests will be notified in advance if maintenance is required. For any guests under the age of 18, must be accompanied by adult 25 yrs of age or older, consideration of previous Airbnb reviews is considered and additional security deposit may be required. Guests under the age of 25 must send Inquiry stating age and age of guests prior to booking. Photo ID is required for those making reservations. Glitter and or confetti are not allowed for decorating or celebrating anywhere on property. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, may make heating pool impractical during month of June and Sept. We will do everything possible to ensure pool is comfortable. Pool typically closes after labor day. Pool open from Memorial day thru Labor Day. Home has multiple levels, 3 story, main floor has multiple level with 2 sunk living room areas.
