Stay on a simple fully furnished home. The 16 sq.m. area accommodates 2 up to 3 persons with an extra floor mattress. Wifi connection is available for guest access. The space The area is very accessible to all guest needs either for staycation & business work trips. Guest access Entire unit can use by guests. Pool can access but there are charge of P150 for regular days & P300 for holidays to be paid at admin cashier. For swimming pool coupon for guests, admin's only allow 20 guests per day to purchase a pool coupon.  You may avail pool coupon/form at the admin & pay at billing dept. Also please do take note that it is 1st come 1st serve basis, there are no advance reservation allowed. Other things to note Guests can reach me anytime in regards to their stay. Clean as you go policy is highly recommended.
