Room in quiet area with good bus links close by

Single room within a 2nd floor flat in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a bus stop less than a 2 minute walk from the flat with good transport links to Edinburgh City Centre and Leith. There are some local shops and takeaways within a few minutes walk from the flat. The nearest supermarket is Morrison’s which is about a 15 minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Holyrood Park, home of Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood Palace and 20 minutes to Edinburgh’s seaside Portobello. The space You will have your own private room with a single bed and memory foam mattress. There is a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet in the room and a TV with DVD player. You will find a selection of DVD’s within the living room. There is a small desk a laptop can be used at also. You are welcome to use the Living room and TV there which has Disney+ A selection on cereals, milk and fruit will be provided for breakfast. There is a dining table in the sitting room which you can use for eating breakfast or any meals you prepare. The Living room, kitchen and bathroom will all be shared with myself. Guest access Guests may be able to check in or use the house facilities before the 3pm with prior notice. There is a key safe outside the property so you can access the key if the I'm not home. During your stay I work long shifts (including nightshift) and don’t always have access to my phone at work but I will try to reply to any messages via text or WhatsApp as soon as I can. When I’m not working I tend to be out most evenings or away at weekends I am off so it is likely you have most of the time in the flat to yourself. If I should be at home I am more than happy to interact with guests or leave you to your own thing if you prefer. I am an Edinburgh native and have a passion for the great outdoors in Scotland so can happily answer any questions or advise you on things to do/see around the city or Scotland in general however as mentioned before I spend a lot of time at work or away from home so don’t rely on me be around. Other things to note This flat is situated on the 2nd floor so you must be able to climb 2 sets of stairs with luggage as if I am (likely) not home there will be no one to assist you. You would also be required to evacuate yourself in case of emergency. Check in/out times could be flexible depending on my work schedule and arrival/departure of other guests.
