The space The house has a welcoming look, with dark primary colours like silver, grey, and black fluttering against spotless white, gold, and cream settings. Every fixture is aesthetically incorporated, and the lighting is chosen for aesthetic purposes rather than practical ones. Except for the bedside reading lamps, the entire house is lit in soft white. The villa's design is incredibly adaptable and may change to fit any situation or mood. This property offers a clear view of the hills while overlooking the Mahu dam and associated lake. The layout of the flat was designed to foster community; each room opens onto the enormous central living area, which can accommodate eight people. The villa is purely vegetarian and located only 1200 meters from the Panchgani market. Living Room: -The living room has a 69 inch TV, a home theatre. system, an authentic Indian swing, plush sofas and tasteful decor. Game Room: - The villa has a vast games room located on the lower ground floor with board games, a full length table tennis table, foosball and a space for movie screenings. Bedrooms: -The villa has 5 bedrooms with one on the ground floor for the grandparents. -Every bedroom has quality spring mattresses, royal headboards with bedside shelves, pure white long-threaded cotton linen, wooden cupboards and a personal 32 inch TV. -Each and every bathroom has spa-quality fittings, full length glass partitions for the bath areas, 24x7 hot water and dispensers for soaps and shampoos -Each room has a completely breathtaking view of the Mahu reservoir as does the sun deck behind the house. External Area: -The external areas include two large gardens on the upper ground and lower ground floor. -These gardens are well tended and adorned by flora and fauna. Stop to smell the roses or bougainvillea, watch the deer and rabbits frolic during sunset. -During sunrise, peacocks will give you a wake up call. -The games room is attached to the lower ground floor garden while the -swimming pool is attached to the upper ground floor garden. The swimming pool and the attached mini-pool is exceptionally well maintained and overlooks the valley around Mahu Dam. -The feeling of reaching the edge of the pool and looking down at the soft flowing hills is simply sublime The staff is divided into a food specialist, a food generalist and a housekeeper. This adequately provides a hotel level of service and the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and well trained. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner options (On an additional Charge): Every ingredient used is organic and high quality, down to the cooking oil. Enjoy an authentic home cooked meal and let your afternoon walk lead you to plucking fresh strawberries Guest access The guests have access to the living area, dining area, bedrooms with private bathrooms, pool, garden and games room. Other things to note -Vegetarian meals can be provided at nominal charges - The villa can accommodate 22 guest ( we provide extra mattresses for additional guests at extra charge) -We do not have staff quarters. However, we'd be happy to provide a mattress for their sleeping arrangements (on additional charge). -There is no lifeguard present so caution is advised, especially for children while swimming. - Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Guests who exhibit such behavior will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. - Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. -Let us know in case of early or late check-in, we shall try our best to accommodate your needs based on our availability. -Our Experience Engineer will be in constant interaction with you throughout your stay.
