Elegant and quiet residence, ideal for a relaxing and high quality stay, the apartment is located on the fifth floor of a prestigious building in Via Aurora, a short walk from Villa Borghese, Via Veneto and Spanish Steps. We are in the heart of the famous "Dolce Vita" told by the director Federico Fellini. Thanks to the secure car parks around the apartment, you can move comfortably both by car and on foot to visit Rome and its surroundings. The space The apartment, completely renovated according to the classical aesthetic standards of the building and with high quality materials and systems to encourage relax, it's characterized by a pleasant and soft lighting. The entrance offers a perspective view of the living room and the double bedroom. Entering the living room, in front we have the open kitchen, and on the right access to the bathroom with large shower. For a maximum comfort, it's equipped with smart TV in the room and in the living room, Wi-Fi, central and quiet air conditioning in the false ceiling, piped to personalized management, complete appliances. Upon arrival you will find a complete set of exclusive Luxury linen from the historic Italian company Pedersoli, with supply of shampoo, shower gel and body cream. Measures Covid-19: the house is completely sanitized and sealed so after sanitization you will be the first to enter. Guest access You’ll have the apartment just for yourself. Other things to note To give all our guests a pleasant stay, please consider the following: - Check-in from 15:00, early check-in upon request - Check-out until 10:00, early check-out upon request - Check-in after 22:00 is subject to an extra charge of 20€ until 00:00 and 40€ until 2:00 (after 2:00 on request), payable only at check-in by credit card, or in cash with receipt. - Please respect the home and the people living in the building. - Cleaning services and additional linen are available for a fee upon request. - According to Italian law: the tourist tax provided by the City of Rome is € 3.50 and is applied per person per night for the first 10 nights, children up to 9 years are exempt. - Guests will be required to present a valid ID at the check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities. - Guests will be invited to sign a short lease contract which will be send by e-mail before arrival. - Inside the apartment you will find the House Manual with all the essential information. - Guests have access to a concierge service from the time of the booking until the check-out.
