Pretty in Pink Beach Cottage

The Pretty in Pink Beach Cottage has one bedroom, a full kitchen, a small office, outside patio and living room furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. The backyard is equipped with a tiki bar, fire pit, dart board, fun lighting and plenty of seating; It’s a great place to hang out all day or night, but is especially spectacular at night. The office is a great place to relax, read, work or even just to drink your morning coffee. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare a good home cooked meal. The space Our location is a quick walk to Main Street where you can explore many stores, boutiques, restaurants, brew pubs and refineries. Main Street is about a half mile away. We provide bikes for our guest to go on bike rides to Main Street or to the beach. The beach is about one mile away and has a coastal bike path. Come an enjoy your day in Ventura. Our house has a strict no pet policy, no exceptions. STRV # (2303) Guest access The unit, the private patio and the front gravel area and driveway. Other things to note Please be sure to provide a valid ID on Airbnb, without a valid ID your reservations may be canceled. Parking instruction: You may park right In front of the unit, but if you have more than one car there is also additional tandem parking available in the driveway on the LEFT side of the house. If you choose to park here, please pull all the way forward. The driveway is shared between two vacation rental units so if you elect to park here you may be asked to move your vehicle from time to time. If you do not wish to be bothered, you may pull right up on the gravel in front of your unit. Please pull close to the house and park parallel with the house. Please only park in front of your unit. If you have additional vehicles there is plenty of free street parking near by. Please do not park at the senior center or in the neighbors driveway. Thank you.
