As the owners occupy the property in some capacity, please be respectful of them and the neighbors by keeping the noise to a minimum after 10pm and keeping to the areas of the property that have been previously designated. The quaint Village of Watkins Glen is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. At the southern end of Seneca Lake, Watkins Glen is a perfect location to launch your vacation. With many local eateries, bars and shops within walking distance you won't run out of things to do. Famous for the incredible scenery and natural beauty, the Watkins Glen State Park is a 5 minute walk from your door. Sailing on the Schooner True Love or visiting local wineries, breweries and distilleries are just a few things to do while on your visit. Don't forget that staying in the Historic Flat Iron Building on Milliken's Corner is truly a piece of racing history. The original Grand Prix race course was located right outside your door. If you are a race fan, Watkins Glen International is just up the hill. Seeing the Finger Lakes is best done by car, but there are plenty of options within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Watkins Glen is a walking and biking friendly town with bike trails and hiking trails within a ¼ mile from your place. AIRPORT The Elmira Corning Regional Airport is 35 minutes away. There is a shuttle company located at the Airport named Bills Transportation. THIS LISTING HAS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. Please note that this is a 3 story historic building & the apartment is located on the second floor. House Rules: No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime after 3PM -Unless you have made alternative arrangements, check in time is 3pm and check out time is at 10 am. -Please lock the door with your key code upon final departure. -This unit is located on the second floor of a Historic Building so there are approximately 8 steps to gain access to the space. -We ask that you treat this space as if it was your own home. We expect to find the space reasonably clean upon your departure. If the space is not reasonably clean or damage and excessive wear is discovered an additional cleaning/damage fee may be taken out of your security deposit. -When parking please use the designated parking space on the north side of the building. Please do not park in any non-designated parking spot. (see map of the building). The owners reserve the right to have you move your vehicle if needed to facilitate alternative parking arrangements. -No smoking on the premises at all. -No pets are allowed on the premises at all. -No loud music and no parties. The premises only has sleeping capacity for 2 people. There should never be more than 4 people gathered at the premises, unless by previous arrangement. The property is located in a downtown area so noise is expected and is commonplace, however it should not be coming from your designated space. There is local nightlife close by that occasionally have live bands. As the owners occupy the property and there are three other units in the building, please be respectful of them and the neighbors by keeping the noise to a minimum after 10pm and keeping to the areas of the property that have been previously designated. -Please be careful to only flush toilet paper down the toilets.
