Trebetherick, Mowhay Apartment sleeps 4

The apartment is located above the Mowhay Cafe. Trebetheick is a perfect location as there are a few beaches within walking distance. Daymer Bay which is a family friendly beach suitable for bathing and windsurfing on the wild windy days. In the opposite direction you have Polzeath popular with surfers. You can step out and going walking in either direction and won't have to get in a car. There is a village shop. The view from the front window looks over to the famous St Enodoc golf course. The space The apartment is light, fresh and airy. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a super king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is an additional seperate space in the roof we call the snug that can accommodate an older child/teenager. There is a little ladder that takes you up to this space. There is one main bathroom with toilet, bath and a shower, etc. Also there is a utility room that has another toilet and sink and washing machine. The main living space is open plan, kitchen, lounge, dinner. On the landing out side the 2 bedrooms is a desk workspace. There is a balcony to sit out on.
