Directly on the routes to lots of the famed 4,000 footers or smaller family-friendly mountains for great hiking with amazing views of the area! The space Freedom and Ossipee Lake await as your next vacation destination! With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it the ideal getaway for friends or families traveling together. 10 ft of lake access about 400 yds from the house. With two marinas on the lake, you don’t need your own boat – rentals of all types (from boats for fishing and water sports, to kayaks, canoes, and wave runners) are available nearby. You'll love everything about this home, from its lovely decorations and large lot to the multitude of amenities that will be right at your fingertips. Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully-stocked kitchen. On the back deck, you will enjoy access to a 7-person hot tub, with plenty of patio furniture, making it a wonderful place for the family to eat, gather and enjoy each other's company. Enjoy a quiet cup of tea on the front deck. Sit around the fire pit and enjoy a s'more and a story or two. Or snuggle in front of the fireplace on the couch, watching a movie on the large Roku TV. A wireless internet connection, air-conditioning and washer/dryer are just a start of the long list of amenities available to you during your stay. Challenge your guests to a pool match or poker game on the card table. After long days, the cozy bedrooms will invite you in for a rejuvenating night's sleep. AC cools main level (kitchen and living room) and the third floor bedroom. There is no AC in the downstairs unit or the second floor bedrooms. Fans are in each room without AC. Guest access Whole house, front and back deck, fire pit with benches (in summer), hot tub; gas grill (on direct gas line - no need for propane tanks) Other things to note Bedding/sheets and bath towels provide. Please bring your own beach towels. Please use ground level hose to rinse sand off feet prior to entering house or hot tub. My Pledge: My mission is to make your vacation rental easy. If you have questions prior to your trip, I am happy to assist you 7 days a week. During your stay, I will be available 24/7 to help with any issues that may arise. Policies: - Failure to stay within the 10 ft of lake access (delineating by temporary green fence) will result on loss of deposit - No parties or large gatherings of any kind ($500 fine if evidence a party is found.) - No smoking - No fireworks - No pets allowed - Use hot tub responsibly. If damaged, you will be charged for the repair fee. - No drinks, food, or anything hot/cold on the pool table. If damaged, you will be charged for the repair fee.
