2 bedroom home on golf course, close to parks, zoo

A lovely home on a golf course with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large dinning room great for family meals, den with fireplace, deck and outdoor seating area face the golf course. The 'florida' room has a comfortable pull out couch that we set up if needed. Kitchen with large eat around island. Complimentary coffee, pastries and wine. Toledo has music, world renowned art museum, great birdwatching and parks. Toledo Mudhens baseball team, Walleye Hockey , the fabulous Toledo Zoo are 15 min ride away! The space Because we stay in hotels often I really appreciate nice linens and pillows so I have special linens and even pillows for Air BnB guests. We have a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and I clean the jets before each rental to our guests to assure it is sanitized. Free WiFi with internet access is provided. We have a gas grill on the deck and outdoor seating for coffee in the morning and barbecues for dinner! We are on Heatherdowns Golf Course that is a classic well maintained course that is open to the public for interested golfers. Highland Meadows, the site for the LPGA Marathon Classic Tournament is 20 minutes away. If you are a bird watcher, we are 27 miles from the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge that is world renown for the spring warbler migration! Our neighborhood is quiet but close to lots of the fun things Toledo has to offer. BTW we have no pets. Guest access The entire house is open to guests, except for the office that will be locked. There is a king bed in master, queen in second bedroom and a pull out couch in the 'florida' room. Other things to note Keyless entry in the front door with individualized code for each guest
