In the heart of the village, this very spacious and charming Charentais house offers 2 master suites (double bed, shower room and private toilet), 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160, a bedroom with 2 small beds, a shower room (walk-in shower, double sink), an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a laundry room. The space Private entrance. Small courtyard with pergola and courtyard, garden furniture. Sheets and towels are provided. Equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Guest access Parking available in the courtyard (2 cars max) Other things to note €15 package if heating is required. Please provide me with a resort insurance certificate.
