At 1.2 km from the magnificent "Cinta" beach, but with all services and shops close at hand, our small house in typical Sardinian style for a total of 6 people with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with windows, sofa- bed in the living room with fully stocked kitchenette, splendid exclusive garden with barbecue, porch and private parking space. Air-conditioned in every room, tastefully finished and equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday! The space Our house is located in a closed street just off the SS 125, a 20-minute drive from the port and airport of Olbia. It is located 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes from "La Cinta" beach. Located on a single level on the ground floor, it has a living room with kitchenette and dining area for 6 (in the living area there is a sofa bed), a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds which they can become a double bed and two bathrooms with shower and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. We also have a veranda for outdoor dining and a garden with barbecue and veranda to relax.
