In the heart of the purple country located between the coast of Morbihan and Mont Saint-Michel, our cottage is part of a wing of our property dating from 1870 on one hectare of land. The traditional house is made of stone and earth and freshness is guaranteed in these times of extreme heat. In search of rest, you will find the silence necessary to recharge your batteries, silence punctuated by birdsong! The space The single-story cottage in the heart of the countryside is located in the middle of a hamlet made up of three houses including a farm. Plenty of space both outside and inside. The cottage includes a 40 m2 living room and a large 25-m2 bedroom with high windows and equipped with a closet/wardrobe, clothes rack and dresser. A 160 X 200 bed with luxury quality mattress and a 130 X 190 sofa bed as extra bed available in the living room. Open kitchen in the living room. A spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, bathtub, vanity, washing machine. Separate toilet. All rooms have natural light. Private access and not overlooked or promiscuous with our home. Direct view of the sheep field from the living room. Two charming hens that are occasionally free... One hectare of land, a large part of which is available to the cottage.
