The space This recently renovated villa is located in the beautiful Gauja National Park. With zen atmosphere and contemporary interior, the villa has three levels with a total size of 317 m2. There are 7 ensuite bedrooms, a seating area, fully fitted kitchen and a large garden with outdoor seating, fire pit and summer canopy. This private villa is a real haven of peace where a relaxed rhythm of life is privileged! The property accommodates up to 14 people within 7 double en suite (shower or bath) bedrooms with balcony, small kitchenette, TV, Wifi and individual air conditioning in every room. Property has a living/dinning room, fully fitted kitchen, guest toilet, parking and garden with fire pit and summer canopy. Sauna with lounge, fireplace and terrace is on the site and also available for additional price. The Villa “Bersas" is located in the valley of river Gauja on a small hilltop surrounded by forests and meadows, with panoramic views of the Turaida castle. Its romantic design guarantees for a comfortable and sophisticated stay. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and distinguished. You have a golf course short drive away and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The property is a 5 minute drive from city Sigulda and 1,5h from the Riga airport. Guest access Guests can freely access the whole villa and surrounding area. The 2 main bedrooms have king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath and stunning forest views. All other 5 bedrooms have a double size bed and en-suite bathroom with shover or bath. All bedrooms have a balcony, small kitchenette (except the ground floor bedroom), TV (except the white king bedroom that has a movie projector), wifi, air conditioning and are supplied with high quality mattress, towels, slippers and bed linen. The living/dining room has a TV with satellite (channels of all over Europe), DVD, a selection of movies, 2 couches, a table and chairs seating up to 20 guests and fine utensils are at your disposal to set the table. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fine cutlery, plates, glass ware, crockery, pots, pans and other essential cooking and dining utensils. You also have a microwave, toaster, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, making self-catering a breeze. Once you book villa “Bēršas” we will provide you with the information you need to take the most of your stay. A weekly cleaning fee is included and extra services, such as breakfast and meals can be arranged. Other things to note We can accommodate up to 14 adults and 3 babies in cribs, but can offer a stay for a smaller groups and solo travellers too.
