Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport. The space High quality private guest suite in a peaceful setting which is a garage annexe part of owners property. Comfortable downstairs lounge area with small kitchenette (fridge and microwave, toaster and kettle and sink. Please note there is not a full kitchen and has limited preparation area and no cooking facilities except for a microwave. TV, table and chairs and double sofa bed. Patio doors to outside with secluded garden area for sitting and eating. Ensuite bedroom upstairs which is light, airy and spacious, with a double bed and single sofa chair bed , ensuite shower room with large modern power shower and dressing area. Beautiful setting with gardens and willow tree in a country lane but not far from seaside towns and Exeter. Comfortably sleeps two adults and two children . Guest access Bedroom is on first floor so unfortunately no disabled access. Shared drive with parking for two guest cars Other things to note Please be aware the kitchenette facility is for light meals only with a MICROWAVE- THERE IS NO HOB OR OVEN and limited preparation area. Various teas and coffee, milk and cereal is provided for breakfast and any other special requirements on request. Early and late check in and departures usually available -just ask. Dogs are not allowed unless exceptional circumstances by arrangement depending on the dog.
