➤ A chill studio in a super local location ➤ Self-check-in (instructions sent in advance) ➤ A lot of bars and restaurants around ➤ The building looks old, but the flats are new and stylish ➤ No elevator, stairs only (3rd floor) ➤ Public parking (Free on weekend, paid during the week) ➤ Fast Wi-Fi, Netflix ➤ Smoking is not allowed (only in the balcony of the stairs or outside) ➤Tram stop 'Viktoria Zizkov' nearby ➤ 5mins by tram, 15mins by walk to the center Guest access - BUILDING - There is no elevator in the building, so you should use stairs to go the 3rd floor - CHECK-IN - You will receive instructions for self-check-in. In any case, we will always be available to help you. - PARKING - There is a Public Parking (white line) in front of the building which is paid during the week and free on the weekend. Other things to note ❗️Please note that: ➡️ The flat is not suitable for parties. ➡️ Smoking is not allowed in the flat nor in the building. ➡️ You have to respect Quiet hours (21:00 - 09:00). ➡️ There is a camera in the common area in corridor for safety reasons. ➡️ Breaking any house rules might cause penalties.
