Villa Arlequín - Luxury Beachfront

Spacious four-bedroom, front-line beach villa with stunning views of the sea, just steps from the beautiful beach located in the picturesque Sant Elm. Casa Arlequin villa has floor-to-ceiling views of the bay, the beach, and Dragonera Island, an uninhabited natural park. The house is just 300 meters from the center of town, where you’ll find an excellent selection of restaurants and shops. The location is a unique combination of direct beach access within the limits of an attractive village. The space Casa Arlequin was renovated in 2022. It has central air conditioning and heating throughout the house. New washing machine and dryer and wine refrigerator. There are four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. (Bathrooms: 2 with shower, 1 with shower plus bathtub, 1 without shower). All bedrooms have blackout blinds, ceiling fans and air conditioning. (Bedrooms: 1 King size bed, 1 Euro King size bed, 1 Spanish King size beds, and 2 Twin size bed.) Wifi is high bandwidth and consistent throughout the house. There is a TV room with access to several streaming options with your account as well as a European sports package. Downstairs has a small kitchenette with a small fridge and sink. There are 3 large outdoor terrace spaces with dining tables for eight, chaise lounges, and a gas grill and outdoor shower. Plus, one off-street parking space at the house. No smoking in the house or on the terraces. There is a smoking alarm in all the house. Please note that the house has some luxury furnitures and we would very much appreciate if our guests pay the utmost attention to take good care of it during their stay. Guest access Our guests have all the property privately for themselves. Other things to note Renting a car is recommended, as public transportation is limited outside the major cities. Although Uber and Lyft don’t operate in the area, taxis are generally availabble and easily called. Sant Elm is 15-minute drive from Port Andratx, Santa Ponsa and Palmanova. Sant Elm also offers rentals and tours for kayaking, biking and paddle-boarding. Nearby, Dragonera Island, a short ferry or kayak trip away, is a protected nature reserve with numerous walking trails and stunning viewpoints. Positioned on the southern edge of the Tramuntana, a UNESCO world heritage site. The Andratx region hosts various events and festivals throughout the year. In high season, the town comes alive with all the restaurants and stores open, while in winter it is quiet and calm.
