Our family's 3BR+loft/3BA with 1 king, 1 queen, one bunk + twin and an overflow full in the loft. Our kids loved the loft TV's, foosball table, Community Rec room, and backyard sledding. We have added a portable AC upstairs, new windows, screens and screen doors (fall '24), thx for feedback! Located close to the Village and on the shuttle bus line for easy access to Canyon and Village's restaurants, shops, and festivals. We rarely use our car in Mammoth between the shuttle, walking, and biking. The space 3BRLoft/3BA with 1 king, 1 queen, one bunk + twin, and a full in the loft., less than 700m from the Village Gondola, Bike Shuttles to Lake Mary and Main Lodge Bike Park, and the bottom of town trail. There are boot heaters in the entry for your ski or snow boots and gloves so they are warm in the morning. Heated real wood floors in the living, dining, and kitchen with new heated tile in the entry, and master bath make it cozy in the winter! There is a pellet stove in the fireplace for additional heat and to create the natural fire atmosphere. This unit has been certified (Certified Property # Certified Property # TOML-CPAN-16075) with by the Town of Mammoth Lakes with an Occupancy Limit of (8). The condo HOA prohibits pets. If you intend to have an emotional support animal or service animal please message prior to arrival to confirm details and obtain approval. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the condo and all amenities inside. Access to the jacuzzi, laundry room, sauna, showers, and grill area is shared with the condo complex. There is a single security camera covering the exterior front door entrance and exterior patio. We have never had issues with burglaries or stolen items and accept no liability and guests agree to hold us harmless in the event of a criminal act. We reserve the right to, in some cases, record the entrance of guests who arrive after 10pm solely to defend accusations made to our complex HOA Board regarding excessive noise. Other things to note TOT: (7953-eight) We collect 16% Transit Occupancy Tax in Mammoth, for stays less than 31 days. We may add the full mattress linens to the condo depending on the # of guests selected and the sleeping configuration of those guests. We have had situations where guests have booked for fewer numbers than in their actual group to save guest fees. Please do not do this. The condo complex prohibits pets.
