The home is a one-minute walk from Enghave Plads, where there is access to the new metro station of the same name. You will find plenty of dining and outdoor dining in the area and have Enghave Park just around the corner. The Central Station, Dybbølsbro train station and Fisketorvet are also within reasonable walking distance. You'll love the place because of the location, the spaciousness, and the new balcony. The home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space This apartment is over 100 years old and very nicely kept and renovated. New woodenfloors, newly painted and with all the necessities of a modern home. Guest access All of it, except the roof-storageroom and the basement. Other things to note We have a system-key. The good thing is that you only need 1 key for everything, frontdoor, apartmentdoor, backstairsdoor, backyarddoor ect. The bad thing is it costs 800 euro if lost, because all locks in the complex will have to be changed. This is a price I will have to charge if the key is lost. I WILL NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT. I trust you will keep it safe and that we can come to terms if you should be so unfortunate to lose it. I hope you can accept this. It is generally a non-smoking apartment. But smoking on the balcony is allowed. If you are allergic to smoke this would be something to take into consideration.
