You will have access to the whole upstairs section. Seating and table space is available in the open area and there is a small kitchenette area at the back with everything you need for breakfast and snacks. A microwave, electric frypan and induction cooktop enable you to cook if you so desire. There are two bedrooms available, a queen and a double . There is a king single out in the main room as well. Both bedrooms are at the front of the building and have unpainted timber walls and gothic-style coloured windows. There are numerous games on hand including scrabble, cards, boardgames, ping pong, quoits and a couple of original games handcrafted by your host Angus. Plenty of books about including some interesting local information. There are books and toys for children also. If you get the desire to dress up and pose in front of the Old Boonah backdrop there is a rack of costumes. There are a few handmade retail items to browse along with some curated cast-offs. We also have a 180 acre bush property bordering Mt Barney National Park with a glorious creek, bush cabins and an outdoor kitchen that can be included in your visit. Please ask for more information. Other things to note I run a sewing/costume business from here so am often in the sweatshop downstairs. Angus is an artist and builder and often has projects on the go.
