MayneWave is an historical beachfront log cabin (1900), on Mayne Island named for its proximity to water. Waves on the beach and a seasonal stream in winter. It has the original exterior with a contemporary relaxing interior. Relax on the south facing deck with views of Miners Bay. The cabin and bathroom is 400 sq ft. In keeping with the original design the bathroom is in a separate building that is 6ft from the cabin and connected by a covered walkway. House coats are provided. A superb location on Miners Bay beach and a short walk to the heart of Mayne Island. -300 m to village with bakery, two grocery stores, liquor store, gas station and others and historical sites. Guest access Guests can access the entire property except for the main house. Other things to note The cabin is close to the main house but good privacy is maintained.
