Spacious yet cozy, it’s perfect for relaxing or gathering together – especially on the stunning panoramic rooftop terrace with barbecue, ideal for open-air dinners with a view. Features: Three floors with two double bedrooms, two single beds on an open loft, three bathrooms (two with showers), fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, toaster, kettle), outdoor grill, sun loungers, parasol, and genuine Sardinian antique furnishings. On the fourth level, a panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views over the hills and the sea. Other things to note 📌 Important Information Before Your Arrival 🏷️ As required by the Municipality of Baunei, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night applies to all guests over 12 years old. The tax is charged for a maximum of 7 nights and is not included in the Airbnb price (payment exclusively via Pay . Pal). 🛂 Mandatory Guest Registration (Italian Law): Italian law obliges us to register every guest with the police for national security reasons. To comply with this regulation, we must receive a clear photo or scan of the ID document of each guest at the time of check-in or, at the latest, within 24 hours after check-in. ⚠️ If we do not receive the required ID documents within this legal time frame, we are obliged to cancel the booking and deny access to the property.
