Come and relax at the Pavilion! An idyllic rural setting with stunning views over the lakes and wildlife on the property! Located approximately 15 minutes from Dargaville and 10 minutes from Glinks Gully, this is the perfect base to explore the Poutu peninsula and wider Dargaville area. Alternatively you can just relax in the sunshine reading a book or just rest and re-energise! The pavilion is the perfect home away from home getaway. The space The Pavilion is a little bit of history with a modern twist! This building has had a previous life as the local Te Kopuru rugby Pavilion and was saved and restored with a few modern additions, including a very large carport. There is plenty of space with the huge entertainment deck out front and full sized kitchen to prepare a feast! The cosy lounge/dining space offers plenty of spaces to simply lounge and unwind. The master bedroom offers a comfy King size bed with electric blankets and plenty of storage. The bathroom is accessed off the bedroom and includes an acessible shower, toilet and vanity basin. Guest access The property where the Pavilion is one of 3 dwellings on 20 acres. We are situated in a rural area, so there are farm animals close by and we keep our own goats, sheep and cattle. The property also includes 3 lakes and park like gardens. We welcome guests to take a stroll around the property and admire all of the wildlife, including our resident black swans. Other things to note We have 3 cats on our property. Charlie is a big Ginger boy. Goblin is a long black and white boy. Sylvester (Kitty) is our black and white boy. We also have 4 highland cows, 1 very friendly goat, suffolk sheep and chickens.
