“Canada House" Waterfront Farmhouse On The Beach

Please note that this is not a modern home. It’s a cottage and we have tried to keep it like that. The space Any occasion this is the place for large groups This Farmhouse is the first framed structure erected between Toronto and Belleville. This house has a wrap around verandah facing the lake and the beach. The wide plank pine floors are 200 plus years old. The kitchen is still located on the lower level as it was originally. The Entertainment room is also on the lower level which is actually street level and faces the beach. There is a grand living room on the main floor along with two bedrooms plus 3 other bedrooms on the top floor with beautiful lake views. The foundation is built of beach stones. There are three entrances to this home and it also has an acre plus of landscaped backyard. Guest access Beach across the street , fishing on the ganaraska river, boat launch nearby, huge backyard, viewing gallery, BBQ. Other things to note We have a strict policy on the number of guests booked. Please make sure to book the right number of guests. If your numbers go up please inform us. There is extra charge for guests that are over the number booked. Please contact us for the price if your group is more than 16 people.
