A 2-story building with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with water heaters), connected living room & kitchen, laundry room, common & work space. Each room has an AC for you to stay chilled. You can park 2 cars, one in the garage & the other one in the carport. So the house is like an apartment inside a house! It gives you the comfort and cosiness! The intention is for the guests to be able to relax, enjoy their privacy, and catch up with work. The house is ideal in accommodating a maximum of 4 adults, with under 12 year olds are not recommended. It is furnished as a NON-SMOKING & NO PET. The basic facilities include gas cooking stove, fridge, and AC, water heaters, and additionally amenities: Wi-Fi (with extender for upstairs use), cable TV, hot & cold mineral water dispenser, rice cooker, electric oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, safe box, First Aid box, hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, fire extinguisher, clothes line dryer for indoor, and clothes line dryer for outdoor. The road in which to access to the house is away from the city's hustle bustle as it is located in a smaller street, and yet easily accessible for cars to pass through. There is a small garden in the front of the house entrance. Guests are asked not to litter the garden, e.g. cigarette butts, as these can harm the plants. Inside the garage is another NON-SMOKING area. During your stay, you can reach the host by phone, text, WA or email. The host lives within a 2-minute walk from the house. Tebet area is a mixed of residential and commercial area; known also for its eatery places, with unique themed cafes or restaurants or traditional wet markets. You can move around by Go-Jek/Go-Car or Grab or Blue Bird, but if you are brave enough try and take Bajaj the tri-motor-cycle transportation, to go to these eateries. It is recommended for you to use the online cabs (Go-Jek/Go-Car or Grab or Blue Bird taxi, or online motor cab (Go-Jek, or Grab Bike). If you miss having KFC, there is one nearby, and not far there are convenience stores Alfa-Midi, and Super Indo. There is also the traditional (wet) markets. If you are into the super-block malls, there is Kota Kasablanka, it has almost everything you need from shops, cafes, fast-food outlets, cinema, dentist, and more. Tebet area is located in a strategic part of Jakarta. It is easy for you to order online cabs like Go-Jek (Go-Car), or Grab (Grab Car), or Blue Bird metered-taxi. As for food, you can order delivery food from Go-Food or Grab-Food. There are convenience stores near-by, Alfamidi and Super Indo. Alfamidi is a 3-minute walk. While Super Block Kota Kasablanka, a mall that has almost anything you need, is only 10 to 15 minutes by car. To go to the center of the city, Bundaran HI, in Menteng, it would take 10 to 20 minutes drive. To travel vv Jakarta international airport to the house is between 45 to 90 minutes. Known for the traffic, to move around the city would depend on the time of the day or if there are any events taking place in the city. You need to check in advance, and to take into considerations by anticipating the traffic.
