"Little Haven" 1 Bedroom House sought after area

"Little Haven" is a very attractive and beautifully restored home on the edge of Topsham, within easy reach of the high street with its shops, pubs, cafes and and restaurants and a short walk from the historic quay and waterfront with its fantastic views and sunsets. You have all of the house to yourself and a shared quiet, pebbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a holiday getaway, Sporting or Music Events and visiting Exeter university. The space Kitchen : The ground floor of our home features a fully equipped quality oak kitchen/dining room with an electric fire, washer/dryer, oven, induction hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, cleaning materials and essential supplies and oak wooden flooring throughout. Lounge: This has a Sofa bed, rocking chair and foot stool, fold up dining table and four chairs, coffee table, WI-FI , SmartTV with Netflix & Prime, books, and games. The comfy sofa bed provides additional sleeping areas for 2 further guests if needed. A featured oak and glass staircase leads to the first floor. Bathroom: This is on the first floor and has a Japanese deep bathing bath with integral lighting, electric shower , ample towels and toiletries with the original wooden flooring Bedroom: This is also on the first floor and has a very comfy double bed, quality bedding, reading lights, hairdryer, ironing board. Back porch: This a funky space that can be used as a makeshift office for any essential work or equally a quiet space for relaxing and reading a book. It has a table and chairs for use in the courtyard and a coat rack. Guest access The whole house and a shared pebbled courtyard. Free parking is available in nearby streets after 6 pm and there is a cheap paying car park near the doctors surgery. Lovely walks/cycle paths (NCN2), railway station and 2 miles to M5 J30. Other things to note 2 night minimum stay Unfortunately we do not allow pets at the property. A lower bedroom window upstairs may make it unsuitable for anybody with children under 12. The deep bath/shower may be difficult for older adults to get in and out of. We love this house and we think you will too !
