The space This hi-set Queenslander house has been completely renovated recently with hardwood floors throughout. The finish with its beautiful joinery is spectacular. The lounge/dining has wooden bi-fold doors that open onto the spacious covered deck, giving uninterrupted inside-outside living and expansive city views. The elevated position of the home allows for afternoon breezes and city views from the spacious upper deck. Facilities are excelent including very comfortable beds and sofas and a well equipped kitchen. There are basic supplies for your use in the fridge and pantry. Please see “ Other Details to Note”for more information on parking, sleeping arrangements etc Guest access You will have access to the entire upstairs level, front veranda and back deck, and the beautifully landscaped garden, an oasis in the city. Other things to note Parking, Sleeping Arrangements , Laundry etc Location is ideal for exploring the city and you don’t need a car to access key attractions. However if you are bringing your car, please note that as we are inner city suburb, parking in the street may be difficult sometimes. If this is the case please message on Airbnb or text my mobile phone and we will suggest other options. When parking in the street you need to obtain an electronic permit. We will apply to Council for this permit on the day of your arrival. Please message us with the Licence plate number and stay within 2 hours of arrival. Sleeping The space accommodates 5. Please note that the fifth bed is a fold out which can be used in one of the bedrooms. There is also a large comfortable couch in the living space that guests often use. Laundry The laundry key is in the top drawer opposite the fridge. To access the laundry go down the front steps, turn right down a few more steps and enter the laundry door on your right.
