In my beautiful old Berlin apartment in the middle of the Friedenauer Kiez, you'll feel right at home! You can tell people live here and it's not just rented out! The space The large typical Berlin old building apartment with its two high old building wing door rooms leaves room for life! The particularly large kitchen (28 square meters with 4-burner gas stove and oven) invites you to end the sightseeing day in the evening with wine. In the cozy living room, a TV and DVD player, stereo system and a Clavinova (E piano) are available for your entertainment! In the bedroom/study there is a stereo system to connect your iPod/iPhone and listen to your music! + Free Wi-Fi + Towels and linens 2 to max. 3 people can be accommodated. The balcony room is the bedroom with the double bed for 2 people (1.60 m wide) In the living room, the couch can serve as a bed for 1 person (70 cm wide). Although the apartment is located on the second floor, it is very bright and sunny due to the high windows and good location! The morning sun shines into the large kitchen, then you have sun in the bathroom and from about 1 pm on the balcony, in the bedroom and living room! Due to the thick old stone walls and high ceilings, it is always pleasantly cool in summer! Guest access The large office in the apartment is rented as a bedroom, the large living room, large kitchen and bathroom! The rooms are available to you alone during the rental period! A private part is closed (i.e. guests have no access here), but this is also not used during the rented period!
