With the incredible Five Bells community-run pub a five minute stroll down the lane, an outdoor village pool (24/5/25-9/25), countryside walks from the door, there is so much to explore. 30 mins from the South Coast, an hour from the North Coast, and with easy access to Dartmoor, Exmoor and Exeter; Manor Cottage is ideally placed to experience all Devon has to offer. The space A charming and character-filled property, the open barn with cosy lighting and seating area has space to pop your boots and hang your coats. The stable door opens into the kitchen with dining table and adjoins the sitting room; perfect for relaxing with a comfortable sofa and realistic electric wood burner. Take the stairs up to the first floor master bedroom suite, with sumptuous king-size French-oak bed and equally marvellous bathroom with roll top style bath and shower over. Beautiful countryside and village views. Manor Cottage has use of the garden to the front and use of the 1.4 acre back garden including hot tub, fire pit and campfire areas by prior arrangement. With fast rural-fibre WIFI and a Samsung Smart TV available, you can use the cottage for both business and pleasure. We cannot wait to welcome you to this incredible part of Devon. You can book Manor Cottage alongside the main house to sleep up to 14 guests. If there is a main house booking, the barn seating area may be shared. Hot tub additional extra, please request at time of booking so we can check availability for you. We know how important our furry friends are; Manor Cottage can accommodate one dog per stay. Please ensure your pup is up to date with tick/flea medication. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture; thank you for your kindness in cooperation. The Five Bells Community Pub 0.5 mile walk along the lane, next door to the village swimming pool which is open in the summer months. Other things to note The main house sleeps 12 guests and can be booked in addition to Manor Cottage.
