Tranquil Lake Front 3 BR Cottage W/Private Dock

Unwind with family and friends at this tranquil lake front cottage getaway on MM61. Property is located in the back of a quiet cove in deep water with no waves. Covered boat slip on dock available and there are 2 boat ramps located nearby. The lifts are not to be used/ lowered/ raised by renters due to insurance reasons. Area known for great fishing. 21’ LOWE PONTOON available to rent to renters as well as Kayaks and a pedal boat. Check in for availability The space Location is fairly secluded on a private gravel circle that backs up to wilderness. Home is right on the water almost close enough to fish right off the front deck. Home is approx 1,100 sqft and is very cozy with 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Private dock located 15 steps from the front door with a 10' x 24' slip available for guest's boat or personal watercraft. Gas and charcoal grill available(Gas is supplied but charcoal is not). The area is RURAL so it is typically more quiet and peaceful than the areas closer to Osage Beach. The water is definitely more calm around us so a great area for swimming, floating, and water sports! Keep in mind that we are in a rural area! We are not near grocery stores or shopping areas. There are several restaurants and bars on the lake accessible by boat and a few also accessible by vehicle. We do provide a DVD player and FIBER internet ! Just installed ! Guest access Private parking located behind the house and a gravel area on top of hill above the house just 100ft up the road available for boat or jet-ski trailer parking. Please park closer to the blue shed , as the cement part of the driveway is a shared. The entire house is for guest use, as well as the deck attached to the house, fire pit and the dock in front of the house. Other things to note -You will want to get groceries on your way in - we are in a rural part of the lake area and the closest SMALL town is about 20 minutes away with a gas station/c-store, small market and Dollar General. The closest town with a regular grocery store is about 40 minutes away. - FIBER internet !!! We just got it installed ! There may be NO cell service here depending on your service provider but wifi calling is available and there is a VOIP phone available in the home. - NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE HOME -Bath towels included but please bring your own Beach Towels to use outside -FISHING: LICENSE IS REQUIRED to fish; Fishing poles NOT provided. -Water floats available to guests in storage box located on the dock. -Firewood supplied for (1 CAMPFIRE) and small starter log provided. Please bring extra wood if you want to use the firepit more. -NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS! -Water deepest at end of dock 10-11' where swim ladder is attached so jumping and diving is fine just dont dive from section of dock closer to the sea wall as it gets shallower the closer you get to lake wall. -We also have 4 kayaks and a paddle boat available for guest use - please message me for info, small fee for use and life jackets need to be worn. We have adult life jackets available but please bring your own for kids. IF USED, PLEASE KEEP THEM TIED UP SECURELY TO DOCK WHEN NOT IN USE -The lifts are not to be used / lifted / lowered due to insurance reasons. Please don’t operate the lifts. If you are bringing a water craft down , please let us know if we need to put the lifts down. - No loose trash in the trash cans. Provided are large trash bags located under the kitchen sink. Please use the bungee straps attached to the trash cans to secure the trash , or raccoons will get into the trash.
