Guest house near Geneva and Lake Geneva

Charming guesthouse with a beautiful view on Lake Geneva, 20 minutes from the village of Yvoire, Geneva and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts. Nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac, in a residential and rural area, it enjoys a very quiet environment. Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to come to the accommodation, and shine in the region. Note: No TV, heating limited to 21°C. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The space The accommodation is a guesthouse: by definition, an outbuilding of our house in our property where we live. You will fully have the usufruct of this outbuilding (totally independent in its access), but it remains an Airbnb accommodation in a local's home, and not a property rental with an entire villa isolated from all. The accommodation has a large bedroom that we can adjust to your liking with a king size bed 180 (by default), or 2 twin beds (please specify when booking). We can add a baby cot. The living room sofa is not convertible. A living room with kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful veranda to enjoy the garden, and a private and supervised parking space in the immediate vicinity. On the garden side, you will fully have the usufruct of the space located in front of the veranda. If the garden is considered a shared area, we do everything to ensure your privacy and tranquility. The windows of our children's bedrooms overlook this part of the garden, but not our living rooms. Due to humidity and turricles, the garden is often impassable from October to March. Guest access Access to our guest house is completely independent, and you will have full use of it. The parking lot and garden are common spaces and shared with our house. The reception can be done in 2 ways: if we are on site we welcome you in person, otherwise, self check-in is quite possible. Other things to note Heating limited to 21°C. Sheets, towels and dish towels are provided.
