Wong Amat Tower is located next to the beach and is not far from down town city. There is also a wide variety of restaurants in the area. The flat is 90m2, have two bedrooms and is located on the 35 floor with fantastic sea view. The flat is on the west side of the building which means it is cooler than flats that are located on the east side. The flat has its own private elevator. On the B-floor (3rd floor) you find a large common area for kids to play and hangout. Large lobby area with pool The space The place is great for two couples or a family with 2+ kids. Fully equipped kitchen and new furniture. The flat is facing the beach. Guest access Gym, pool on the roof top, private elevator, lobby pool, lobby common area, parking, sauna, common area on the 3rd floor In the flat: The guest are welcome to make selves feel at home. Other things to note Local house rules are provides in a blue map . PS. Electricity is not included and will have to be paid after how much the guests have consumed at local fee per kwh at local rate without any mark up. The local fee is 6 Bath/kWh. No mark up! For rental periods lasting 1 -2 months or longer guest will be presented with the electricity bill after each month by our representative in person. Water consumtion is 150 Bath/week. Deposit of 5000 bath to be paid to cover electrical and water consumption at check in to our representative. There is toilet paper, shower gel, soap, hair shampoo etc when you arrive but you have supply yourself for more when required. Please respect the neighbours with not playing loud music after midnight. Besides that good and normal behaviour will do :)
