Enter via a secure access communal door serving only three properties, the space is found on the first floor. The front door opens into a light and spacious hallway that serves all rooms. The lounge/kitchen/diner can be found at the rear of the property. South facing onto open parkland this bright room features a vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen featuring oven and gas hob, microwave and washing machine, amongst its comprehensive set of appliances. The space also accommodates a sofa, dining table and TV, HiFi and BT speaker. The modern bathroom is fitted with an over-bath shower, sink and WC. This bright and airy space is served by a "Velux" roof window. Finally, the bedroom features roof and wall windows, a Queen bed, a modern bedside table and wardrobe. The apartment benefits from unlimited WiFi, secure access, a private off-street parking space and a small decked area to the rear on the ground level. As you would expect, the space is serviced by professional cleaning contractors and prepared with externally supplied hotel quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels. Alternatively transfer from the airport by rail. A regular tram service from the airport connects to the main east coast railway line at the new Edinburgh Gateway station in a few minutes. Transfer to a Scotrail, Virgin, or Cross Country train service to Leuchars. St. Andrews town centre is a 10 minute taxi ride from Leuchars station.
