I will be your host during your stay, you will have plenty of privacy. You are allowed to park in drive-way. You have access to unit and backyard. Other things to note I live in Nassau County Long Island NY which is the suburbs of NYC. There are several ways getting into the city. LIRR TRAIN- known as the Long Island Railroad is a 5 Minute Drive from my house to the Floral park station. Takes you directly into Penn Station 34th street Herald Square in 35 minutes. Peak time price per ticket is 24.00 roundtrip per person. off peak time is about 20.00 per person (these are not exact prices. please check there website for exact pricing. (if your not renting a car you can take a UBER to the train station from my house which is about $7.00 USD. **you can also take the BUS N25 to the LIRR train station for NEW HYDE PARK STATION . another route. BY MTA SUBWAY/BUS - 7 minute WALK you can take the bus the N6 to Jamaica station in QUEENS . Take the SUBWAY MTA the F train into city. You do need a Metro card for this , trip is about $ 2.75 for bus and subway together single way. If you dont have a metro card the first time you can pay in quarters.
