If you are looking for a new location to visit and a calm and peaceful environment, a trip to our Apartments in Zaton Mali near Dubrovnik is a great option. Our house is located near Adriatic road. The space One bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of our family house in the picturesque bay of Zaton Mali, app 15 minutes drive north of Dubrovnik. Great place for a nice holiday by the sea. Apartment is situated on the second floor and consists of one double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with great views of the Zaton bay and the sea. In the living room there is sofa, which can be easily transformed in bed for one or two extra persons. Private parking is available throughout the stay. Apartment offers air conditioning too. Swimming pool is shared between apartments in the house and is available in summertime . Pool is on the first floor of house and it is not heated. Our house is located near Adriatic Road,which can take you easily in Old town of Dubrovnik,only 8 km away. That can be a little loud on balcony during the day but really can't be heard once the double doors to the living room are closed, and provides really easy access to Dubrovnik (including walk-ability to the bus!). House is few minutes walk from water and 2 good local restaurants. Zaton Mali is very peaceful but you can easily find a lot of entertainment on the shore as kayaking, boat excursions and jet ski. The Apartment is also only 10 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of bathing in the sea , then you can sightsee, shop or eat in the stunning Old Town or take a trip to one of the nearby islands.You can visit Dubrovnik Cable Car and be amazed with the breathtaking views of the Old City of Dubrovnik, the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, and the numerous islands. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note By the beach can be reached on foot, passing between the dry stone walls, green olive trees and spruce. Within just a few kilometers, there are several beaches with different characteristics. Especially the beautiful sand beach in Stikovica suitable for all ages. Local attractions: Marina, Botanical gardens, Church, Museum, Restaurant, Spa nearby,Gym nearby Activities: Swimming, Fishing, Hiking, Walking, Water skiing, Diving You can take a trip to one of the nearby islands.Very interesting is the National Park Mljet. It is located in the northwestern part of the island, and declared a national park 1960th thanks to its unique nature. During July and August on the Dubrovnik Riviera, held numerous festivals that offer a rich choice of meals, drinks and songs with music by famous Croatian pop artists.
