It is situated in a quiet & friendly ‘residents only’ lane, for those needing peace and quiet. It has a well-equipped kitchen and tea, coffee, sugar and (dairy) milk are provided as well as essentials such as cooking oil, salt & pepper, drying up towels, oven gloves, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning spray. Guests are provided with towels, hotel-quality bedding and linen, and essentials such as soap & hand towels. The cottage is spotlessly clean, and is kept to a very high standard. There is a Tesco metro just a three or four minute walk away for all essential food and toiletries. The cottage has very good transport links with Exeter St. James Train Station being a 3 minute walk and the City Bus & Coach Station is a 10 minute walk. Guests wanting to experience the Exeter Chiefs Rugby are advised to use the train which takes you straight to the rugby ground from Exeter St. James Train Station. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, drive and garden. Other things to note We are pet friendly, although ask that pet’s owners wipe their paws when coming into the cottage! It is also essential that pets don't sleep on the beds.
