The beautiful water and nature inspired designers suite is conveniently located in Brookhaven’s neighborhood just steps away from Lenox Park and all the Buckhead, Brookhaven and city attractions. This is a secondary private unit in the daylight basement of a main home. It has a private entrance, patio and all the amenities. Nothing is more important to us owners as the comfort and a fantastic stay while you visit. We designed it in detail for your enjoyment and great experience.e The space The entire first / basement floor of the house is private for our guests with the own entrance, private patio, large fenced backyard and the AC/Heat thermostat controller. Bedroom has a king size bed with 100% organic bed sheets, working desk with the chair and a lounging chair. Walk-in closet with hangers, ironing board and iron. Oversize luxury shower with one rain head and all essentials. Living room is an open concept with a TV and a kitchenette with dining table, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Coffee and creamer, tea, and water filter are provided. High quality air system and all the luxury amenities. No smoking and no vaping inside of any kind. The guest suite is the entire basement floor in our house in a nice walkable neighborhood. The other guests live above the space. City Rental Permit # STR20-00002 Guest access Private entrance to enter the guest suite through a backyard. There is a well made and lit walkway on the side of the home. Large fully fenced in backyard. One car parking space on the driveway. Other things to note Laundry room is only available for stays that are 7 days or longer. Absolutely no smoking or no vaping and no drugs of any kind inside the home. Free parking for 1 car only, no exceptions. Absolutely no overnight visitors (unless they are checked in with you. Occupancy is 3 people, extra fee for the 3rd person). No parties and gatherings are allowed. If you throw a party, extra $350 cleaning fee will be charged and deposit not refunded. Quiet time is after 10pm, this is a neighborhood with people living next door. Please be respectful!!
