The entire first / basement floor of the house is private for our guests with the own entrance, private patio and the AC/Heat thermostat controller. Bedroom has a queen size bed with 100% organic bed sheets, working desk with the chair and a lounging chair. Walk-in closet with hangers, ironing board and iron. Oversize luxury shower with rain head and all essentials. Living room is an open concept with a TV and a kitchenette with dining table, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Coffee and creamer, tea, and water filter are provided. High quality air system and all the luxury amenities. No smoking and no vaping of any kind. The guest suite is the entire basement floor in our house in a nice walkable neighborhood. The other guests live above the space. City Rental Permit # STR20-00002 Private entrance to enter the guest suite through a backyard. There is a well made and lit walkway on the side of the home. One car parking space on the driveway. You can message me between hours of 8am-10pm. If there is an emergency you can call me after hours. Brookhaven city is one of the most prestige in Atlanta.
