Whether you need a home base for visiting the Frederick area, are in town for work on an extended stay, or are even considering a move to the area, we invite you to experience Frederick and it's historical town like a local. Take a short 2 minute walk to Panera, 5 Guys, California Tortilla and great restaurants. Also Giant Grocery Store is only 2 minutes. Long term stays will be considered. My location is approximately (3.8 miles) 13 minutes from the center of town (Patrick and Market Street). You'll be staying in a private all inclusive suite including a private bedroom, private full bathroom, private kitchen, private dining room, private living room, and please enjoy a glass of wine or your favorite beverage sitting at the patio table in the backyard. The suite is used for 2 registered guests only. We’re sorry but we do not allow pets. Take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features full-size appliances, stove/oven, refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Enjoy all the comforts of home including complimentary Wi-Fi, two large flat screen TVs with Comcast cable, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom TV and living room accommodates Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu, by signing into your own account. There's also an iron and ironing board and basic toiletries. While on vacation, please visit our historic downtown Frederick, which includes theater and Fine arts at the Weinberg Center, the Monocacy National Battlefield museum, the Community Bridge Mural, Rose Hill Manor Park & Museums, Summers Farm Adventure, Gambrill State Park, The Schifferstadt House, Crumland Farms, to name a few. Also enjoy great shopping, coffee shops, parks, bars, music, art, and more. Conveniently close to I-70, I-270 and Route 340. Less than an hour from Washington DC, Baltimore's Inner Harbor, and Gettysburg. Only minutes from historic downtown Frederick and conveniently located to golf, shopping, theaters, restaurants, antiques and more. Enjoy a glass of wine on the backyard deck or visit several craft beer makers in their tasting room like the "Flying Dog Brewery" or the "Monocacy Brewery". If you enjoy golf, take in a round of golf among seven local golf courses. Close to Ski Liberty or Whitetail. There are several affordable eating spots close to our house including the ever popular Panera (short walking distance), I-HOP, Chipotle, Wegmans, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Five Guys to name a few. Check in after 3:00 PM at your convenience. Check out is at 11:00 AM. Your suite is lock box accessible. Key code and directions for check in will be sent via confirmation check in when you book. The suite is on the lower level of our home. Private parking is available for your vehicle.
