**We offer a PRIVATE PARKING & WIFI . *My place is located 5 minutes walk to the center and 10 minutes to the beach * It is an ideal place for families with children,couples, solo adventures,bussines travelers. *Also my place is close to nightlife, restaurants, dining areas, public transport. * I will do my best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable and to make you feel that my house is your home in Afytos!!:) The space The house it’s 80 sq.m consist of two bedrooms ,bathroom a cozy living room with a dining area and a full equipped kitchen - [ ] the first bedroom has a double bed ,two nightstands a dressing table with a chair ,a big wardrobe ,TV and a access to the front balcony where you can enjoy the sea view ! - [ ] the second bedroom has two beds ,one nightstand and a wardrobe +Baby bed - [ ] bathroom has a shower, toilet wash basin and a washing machine (Essentials are included ) - [ ] The living room /dining room is a spacious place with a big corner sofa,tv +internet ,a fire place ,a/c and a dining area . You also have access to the front balcony which consist with a big table+chairs & a sofa ,where you can eat or relax while enjoying the sea view - [ ] The kitchen it’s full equipped (cooking basics ,dishes ,utensils,standar size refrigerator,filter coffee maker,toaster,kettle,dish washer ,microwave,dish washer / tablets ,dish soap) - [ ] Private parking area &BBQ grill - [ ] Free Wi-Fi - [ ] Mosquito repellent machine ,window/ door screen - [ ] Hair dryer ,iron,bed sheets /towels are also included . Guest access I will do my best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable and to make you feel that my House is your home in Afytos!!:) Other things to note (1) We are committed to the strict cleaning protocol and we strictly follow the cleaning and disinfection instructions!
