WELCOME TO OUR HOUSE ! Our contemporary Villa is ideal for your small family or for a stay between couples. Located in the town of Saint-Jean-de-Védas, in a quiet residential area, it can accommodate 4 people including children. The space We live there from October to May each year, and make it available to travelers all summer, from June to September. Our house is close to all shops, sports fields and play areas for children. You can easily get to the center of Montpellier or head towards the beaches using the tram which is a 15-minute walk through the old village. In the villa you can enjoy the following amenities: - 2 large terraces (ground floor and 1st floor) with garden furniture, tables - a real balneotherapy spa for 6 people on the ground floor terrace. - Outdoor bar with plancha - a spacious and bright living room - a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) Upstairs : - 1 bedroom with double bed 160x190cm - 1 mezzanine type space with double bed (width 142cm x length 184 cm) - bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink - vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment - storage (cupboards, wardrobe) - baby equipment: travel cot, bathtub, potty, high chair - TV and fiber Wi-Fi - reversible air conditioning in the living room and ducted in the bedrooms - 2 free parking spaces in front of the house ￫ Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo. Guest access The accommodation is entirely available to travelers. Other things to note OUR PRICES INCLUDE: * Household linen: (towels and bed linen, bath mat and tea towel) in the accommodation * Free Internet (for accommodation with internet) * “Normal” end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen, barbecue, plancha) * A provision for charges (electricity/gas, tourist tax, insurance) * Technical assistance LATE ARRIVAL Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €10 extra to give to the concierge who will welcome you Between 10 p.m. and 12 a.m.: €20 extra to give to the concierge who will welcome you EARLY DEPARTURE Before 8 a.m.: €30 extra to give to the concierge who will check you out RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report. If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
